By accessing or using the Bareknuckle Gaming platform at bareknuckle.games (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including registered users and anonymous players who join via invitation link.

Registered users may generate invitation links to initiate PvP matches. Players who receive such links may join a match as anonymous users without creating an account. You are responsible for how and to whom you distribute invitation links you generate. Anonymous players are subject to these Terms for the duration of their session.

All content on the Platform — including graphics, game mechanics, code, audio, and branding — is the property of Bareknuckle Gaming or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bareknuckle Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
